Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (the «Policy») governs how information is processed in connection with the website clan-tv.com and the QR-code redirection service hosted on the subdomain qr.clan-tv.com (together, the «Services»), operated by CLAN L.L.C-FZ, registered at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, U.A.E. (the «Company»).

1. General

1.1. The clan-tv.com website is informational and contains no registration or contact forms requiring the user to enter personal data.

1.2. The Company operates a QR-code redirection tracking system. When a user follows a link encoded in the Company’s QR code, an automatic redirect to the target resource is performed, and at that moment the technical data of the request is recorded on the Company’s server (see Section 2). No input from the user is required.

2. Data processed

2.1. When a QR code is followed, the system automatically records: IP address; approximate geographic location (country, city) derived from the IP address; device type, operating system and browser; device language; transition source (campaign tag); referring page address (referrer); User-Agent string; date and time of the transition; and a uniqueness flag (determined by IP address within 24 hours).

2.2. This data is processed solely in aggregated (statistical) form to assess the effectiveness of the Company’s advertising and marketing campaigns. The Company does not use this data to identify specific individuals and does not combine it with information that would directly establish a user’s identity.

2.3. An IP address and data derived from it may be considered personal data in certain jurisdictions; the Company processes it in compliance with applicable law.

3. Cookies

3.1. The clan-tv.com website and the QR-code redirection service do not use cookies for analytics or marketing. Transition tracking is performed server-side and does not require storing files on the user’s device. See the Cookie Policy for details.

3.2. The website uses Yandex Maps to display an interactive map. When the map loads, the user’s IP address may be transmitted to Yandex as the map provider, and Yandex may set its own cookies; such processing is governed by Yandex’s own documents.

4. Data retention and deletion

4.1. Transition data is stored for no longer than 24 months from the moment of collection, after which it is automatically deleted.

4.2. The Company takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect the processed data against unauthorized access.

5. Disclosure to third parties

5.1. The Company does not sell or transfer the collected data to third parties, except for the hosting provider that ensures the technical operation of the Services and cases provided for by law.

6. User rights

6.1. A user may contact the Company at help@clan-tv.com to request whether data relating to them exists, and to have it corrected or deleted. The Company handles such requests in accordance with applicable law.
